  • Chitty Chitty Bang Bang 1969 Shop Display Box Set

    Incredible item. First one we have ever seen. A large shallow box picturing Chitty on the top (46 cm x 31 cm) with the unusually abbreviated ‘Bang Bang’ text. The inside of the lid features all the details of the Franco-American tie-in promotion and the box contains an exclusive colouring book, 4 stunning large placemats and a large promotional poster.
    All in mint condition.
    This set would have been set to select stores before the tie-in promotion began in January 1969. A wonderfully rare set.

  • DIXON OF DOCK GREEN POLICEMAN OUTFIT

    An exceedingly rare official ‘Dixon of Dock Green’ Policeman Outfit by Merit Toys, circa 1962.

    The set comprises of a child sized Policeman Helmet, Truncheon, Whistle, Note Book, Handcuffs and vinyl Armband. All pieces being attached to a simply stunning display card featuring photographic and illustrated images of Jack Warner in his leading role as ‘Sergeant Dixon’.

    The set is unused, some of the pieces have been carefully wrapped in acid free acetate for display purposes and the rubber bands are replacements due to the previous ones having perished. Similarly the interior foam padding ring of the Helmet has also perished due to the age of the piece. In overall excellent condition and a beautiful display piece.

  • DOCTOR DOLITTLE REX HARRISON FIGURE

    A wonderful and accurate rendition of Rex Harrison in his role as Doctor Dolittle.

    Produced by Mattel in 1967, the soft bodied figure, with  plastic head, stands approximately 58 cm tall.

    Appears sealed, never been opened but the talking feature no longer functions, which is quite typical with such vintage pull-string talking toys.

  • Doctor Who Dalek Picnic Holdall Bag, 1960’s

    This is the only example we have ever seen in 30 years of specialising in television and film memorabilia. Genuinely recently unearthed from long term attic storage, the set appears unused, with no signs of damage or use with original internal packing paper and internal card side stiffener still present.
    The Thermos Flask exhibits expected natural age wear due to it's metal exterior construction, the plastic cups and plates appear as new and the Holdall/Bag itself remains in stunning condition with just slight signs of expected age/storage wear.
    Approx. 36 cm x 27 cm.

    A museum worthy piece of Doctor Who history.

    Very good condition, some may have newsagent surname. All in protective magazine bags and majority with backing boards.
